The staff at the reception desk, especially Khun Thip, were incredibly helpful and LOVELY. The hotel is conveniently located near Jomtien beach with various dining options and mini marts nearby. The pool villa was amazing, with the pool right outside the door. The beach area was nice and there were three pool areas with sun chairs and towels provided. The international buffet exceeded my expectations and the restaurant staff were fantastic. The property was beautifully maintained by the diligent gardener, and the mix of classic and modern styles made it unique. Check-in was seamless, with good parking, a welcome drink, and attentive reception staff. The room was spacious, clean, and contemporary. There were two quality restaurants and many reasonable ones nearby. The amenities included free Wi-Fi, on-site car park, 24-hour reception and security, outdoor swimming pool, in-room air conditioning, game room.

Oh, how I loved the resort! But I must say, the lack of a bidet in some rooms was quite the disappointment.

I should rate the hotel with three stars, not less, not more; the room furniture is quiet old and the balcony and sun bed mattresses, for instance, are not that clean. I should recommend the hotel as a three-star family hotel for guest that are not too demanding. The reviews and images about this hotel are somewhat overdone.

I liked the fact that it has its own private beach and all the facilities of a 4 star hotel.

Our recent stay at Pinnacle was enjoyable. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a larger room with an extra bed, which provided us with more comfort. The beach was clean and well-maintained compared to other areas nearby. We also appreciated the good food at the restaurant, especially the hot and varied breakfast. The quiet location was a welcome respite from the bustling city. We would recommend this hotel for a peaceful and relaxing stay.
